These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, funnels, software, artificial intelligence tools, automation services, reputation and review management services, marketing systems, communications systems, and other products and services offered by AI Growth Lab ("AI Growth Lab," "Company," "we," "us," or "our")

By accessing our websites, submitting a form, creating an account, purchasing or subscribing to a service, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.

Depending on the product or plan purchased, our Services may include:

  • AI-powered sales, marketing, customer service, or business automation.

  • AI agents and automated workflows.

  • CRM functionality.

  • Lead capture and management.

  • Landing pages, websites, and sales funnels.

  • Appointment scheduling.

  • Email and SMS automation.

  • AI-generated or AI-assisted content.

  • Consulting, onboarding, configuration.

  • Marketing campaign functionality.

  • Customer review and reputation-management tools.

  • Review-request automation.

  • Customer feedback collection

  • Integrations with third-party platforms.

  • Analytics, reporting, and attribution.

  • Affiliate and referral systems.

  • Implementation, and support, and

    other related software and professional services.

Specific features, limits, pricing, and deliverables may vary by product,

subscription, order form, proposal, statement of work, or other agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase or use paid Services.

If you use the Services for a company or another organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Accounts

Certain Services may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your account.

You must provide accurate and current information and promptly update information that changes.

You may not provide account access to unauthorized persons, attempt to circumvent access restrictions, or use another person's account without authorization.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Client Data and Customer Data

Depending on the Services used, clients may upload, submit, transmit, synchronize, or otherwise provide information relating to their customers, leads, employees, prospects, contacts, or other individuals ("Client Data").

As between AI Growth Lab and the client, the client retains its rights in Client Data.

The client authorizes AI Growth Lab and our service providers to process Client Data as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the contracted Services and to comply with applicable law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis and all necessary permissions and consents to collect, upload, process, communicate with, or otherwise use Client Data through the Services.

5. Client Compliance Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, and third-party platform policies.

This includes, where applicable, requirements relating to:

6. Email, SMS, Calls and Automated Communications

Some Services may enable clients to send email, SMS, telephone calls, voicemail, or other communications.

Clients are solely responsible for determining whether they have the legally required consent or other lawful basis to contact each recipient.

Clients must honor applicable unsubscribe, opt-out, do-not-call, and consent-withdrawal requests.

The Services may not be used to send unlawful spam, deceptive communications, unauthorized marketing messages, or communications prohibited by applicable law or carrier/platform rules.

AI Growth Lab may suspend messaging or calling functionality where we reasonably believe continued activity creates legal, security, deliverability, carrier, platform, or reputational risk.

7. Review and Reputation Management Services

AI Growth Lab may provide tools that help businesses request, collect, monitor, manage, respond to, display, analyze, or otherwise interact with customer reviews and feedback.

Our Services must not be used to create, purchase, procure, publish, or facilitate fake or materially misleading reviews or testimonials.

Clients must not use the Services to:

  • Create reviews from individuals who did not actually experience the relevant business, product, or service

  • Impersonate customers

  • Purchase positive reviews

  • Condition compensation, discounts, gifts, entries, rewards, or other incentives on a review expressing a particular

  • Positive or negative sentiment

  • Fabricate reviews using artificial intelligence

  • Materially alter the meaning or sentiment of genuine customer reviews

  • Threaten or penalize consumers for posting honest negative reviews

  • Improperly suppress legitimate negative reviews

  • Falsely represent company-controlled review content as independent

  • Otherwise manipulate reviews in violation of applicable law or the policies of a third-party review platform.

Clients are responsible for complying with the policies of Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, or any other review platform they use.

AI Growth Lab does not guarantee that a third-party platform will publish, retain, rank, or display any review.

Third-party platforms may independently remove reviews, suspend accounts, change their algorithms or policies, or restrict review solicitation.

8. Customer Feedback

Review and reputation features may allow businesses to collect private customer feedback.

Private feedback may be used for legitimate customer-service, quality-assurance, analytics, and business-improvement purposes.

Private feedback mechanisms must not be used unlawfully to prevent, punish, intimidate, or improperly discourage consumers from publishing honest reviews.

9. Artificial Intelligence

Certain Services may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, automated decision systems, generative AI, or third-party AI providers.

AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, or unexpected results.

Clients are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying upon them in circumstances where errors could materially affect customers, employees, financial decisions, legal obligations, or business operations.

AI Growth Lab does not warrant that AI-generated content will always be accurate, unique, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Clients may not use our AI Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful purposes.

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with or depend upon third-party platforms, APIs, telecommunications providers, payment processors, CRM systems, advertising platforms, analytics providers, AI providers, calendar systems, review platforms, or other external services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

AI Growth Lab does not control and is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, policy changes, account suspensions, data-loss events, pricing changes, feature changes, or service discontinuations.

Functionality dependent upon a third-party service may change or become unavailable without notice

11. Funnels, Landing Pages and Websites

TAI Growth Lab may provide or host websites, landing pages, sales funnels, affiliate pages, or other digital experiences.

Users may encounter forms, tracking technologies, scheduling tools, chat widgets, analytics, advertising pixels, payment interfaces, review tools, and other functionality on these properties.

Submission of information through these interfaces is subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional notice displayed at the point of collection

12. Affiliates and Referrals

Certain Services may include affiliate or referral programs.

Affiliate eligibility, commission percentages, attribution periods, payment schedules, qualification requirements, and other program rules may be governed by a separate Affiliate Agreement or program terms.

Affiliates must accurately represent AI Growth Lab products and may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims.

Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising and endorsement disclosure requirements.

We may reject or reverse commissions associated with fraud, chargebacks, refunds, self-referrals prohibited by program rules, duplicate transactions, canceled transactions, or other non-qualifying activity.

13. Fees and Payments

Pricing is displayed at checkout, in the applicable order form, proposal, subscription page, invoice, or other purchasing document.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due under your selected Services.

Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination of Services.

14. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Where a Service is sold as a recurring subscription, the subscription will renew automatically for successive billing periods unless canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

The billing frequency and amount will be disclosed during checkout or in your applicable order.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already charged.

15. Refunds

Except where otherwise expressly stated in a product-specific refund policy, order form, or where required by applicable law

Payments for Services already provided, subscription periods already commenced, setup work, implementation work, customization, consulting, digital services, and consumed usage are non-refundable.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

AI Growth Lab and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and associated software, systems, workflows, interfaces, designs, trademarks, documentation, technology, and other proprietary materials.

Clients retain ownership of content and materials they provide to us, subject to the licenses reasonably necessary for us to provide the Services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a Service does not transfer ownership of AI Growth Lab's underlying software, systems, templates, automation frameworks, proprietary workflows, methodologies, or technology.

17. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback concerning our Services, you grant AI Growth Lab permission to use that feedback to develop and improve our products and services without an obligation to compensate you.

This provision does not transfer ownership of an individual's independently authored consumer review and does not restrict a consumer's right to provide honest feedback about AI Growth Lab.

18. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Commit fraud

  • Impersonate another person

  • Distribute malware

  • Compromise or attempt to compromise systems

  • Scrape or access data without authorization

  • Send unlawful spam

  • Manipulate customer reviewsInfringe intellectual-property rights

  • Harass, threaten, or deceive individuals

  • Circumvent security or usage restrictions

  • Interfere with service operation

  • Use our infrastructure in a manner that materially harms AI Growth Lab, our providers, or other users.

IWe may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

19. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, telecommunications issues, software bugs, cybersecurity incidents, force majeure events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

20. No Guaranteed Business Results

Unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement signed by AI Growth Lab, we do not guarantee:

  • Revenue

  • Profit

  • Leads

  • Appointments

  • Sales

  • Advertising performance

  • Search-engine rankings

  • Customer-review volume

  • Review ratings

  • Conversion rates

  • Customer acquisition costs

  • Other specific commercial results.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

AI GROWTH LAB DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

22. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI GROWTH LAB AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI GROWTH LAB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE CLIENT TO AI GROWTH LAB FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, business clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Growth Lab and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • The client's unlawful use of the Services

  • Client Data supplied without required rights or consent

  • Unlawful marketing or communications conducted by the client

  • The client's violation of review-platform rules or applicable review laws

  • Content supplied or published by the client

  • Infringement caused by client-provided materials

  • The client's material violation of these Terms.

24. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • Payments remain overdue

  • These Terms are materially violated

  • Use of the Services creates a security or legal risk

  • Fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected

  • Required third-party services become unavailable

  • Continued service would expose AI Growth

  • Lab or another person to unreasonable risk.

Clients may cancel Services in accordance with the applicable subscription or order terms.

25. Changes to Services

We may modify, update, replace, or discontinue features from time to time.

Where a change materially affects an active paid Service, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable or legally required.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The "Last Updated" date identifies the latest version.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

27. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable order form, proposal, statement of work, subscription terms, Affiliate Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other incorporated terms constitute the agreement concerning the applicable Services.

Where a signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls regarding that conflict
